On a given day I might find myself laughing with one client; crying with another; and explaining to a third how the mechanics of their nervous system might be impacting their emotions, and what they can do about it. I have a robust toolkit, but the main strength that I come back to again and again is a flexible, responsive ability to meet people where they are. I’m a lot of things besides a therapist, and I’ve worn many hats and lived many lives. You might run into me on a trail, see me onstage with a guitar, going deep at an ecstatic dance, or curled up with a book at the library. Before coming to this profession I have worked as a professional musician, teacher, bartender and Alzheimer’s home health aide. I am passionate about the question of how we create a just world, and have always had a soft spot for underdogs and outcasts. contact me today [Book a consultation](https://www.innergroundcounseling.com/contact) [Call today](tel:9706803607) ## Reach out today [Book a consultation](https://www.innergroundcounseling.com/contact) Inner Ground Counseling 2769 Iris Avenue Boulder, CO, 80304 [About](https://www.innergroundcounseling.com/about) [Services](https://www.innergroundcounseling.com/services) [(970) 680-3607](tel:9706803607) [Contact](https://www.innergroundcounseling.com/contact) [info@innergroundcounseling.com](mailto:info@innergroundcounseling.com) © 2026 Inner Ground Counseling [websites with bootsy](https://websites.withbootsy.com/?via=innergroundcounseling.com)
